Each application arrives with the compatibility calculated between the candidate's profile and the job, so you can look first at who best matches what you are looking for.
Can I search for talent on my own?
Yes. Talent search lets you find candidates by experience, education, skills and compatibility.
How do I follow the candidates for each job?
Through the recruitment Kanban board: you organize candidates in customizable columns, from applied to approved, by dragging and dropping.
How long does a job stay active?
If you do not choose a date, the job stays active for 60 days from publication. When posting, you can set how long it is valid. After that date the job is marked as expired.
